Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Assistant Operations professional to support daily operations, administration, and project coordination. You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, project tracking, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Support

  • Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documents
  • Maintain client records, supplier details, and project files
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and installations

Project & Operations Support

  • Assist with coordinating materials, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Follow up with contractors and vendors
  • Track project timelines and update status reports
  • Support basic procurement and stock tracking

Marketing & Online Support (Optional)

  • Assist with Instagram, TikTok, or social media updates
  • Upload project photos/videos and create captions
  • Respond to basic online inquiries

 

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Docs/Sheets
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude with willingness to learn
  • Previous admin, assistant, or office experience preferred
  • Interior design or construction experience is a plus but not required
