Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment. This role ensures that warehouse activities are performed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Warehouse Specialist works closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient warehouse environment.
Responsibilities Managing end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment. Experienced in maintaining high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates (WMS), and proactive discrepancy resolution. Strong focus on stock optimization, minimizing excess and obsolete materials, and ensuring smooth material flow to support production and customer demand. Committed to warehouse organization, safety compliance, and quality control — ensuring all goods (incoming and outgoing) meet company standards while maintaining a clean, structured, and audit-ready environment. Skilled in documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction. Driven by continuous improvement, process optimization, and efficiency enhancement across warehouse operations.
Educational Background Diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP)) are a plus. Professional Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field. Experience in the microelectronics or electronics manufacturing industry is preferred. Proven track record of supporting warehouse operations and achieving efficiency improvements
