Key Responsibilities
Design, Execution & Coordination
• Design and Execution of (MV, LV switchgear, cabling, containment, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, ELV systems (Fire alarm, CBS, BMS, CCTV, ACS etc).• Familiar with the local regulation (DEWA/DM, DCD, SIRA).• Provide technical input to the design team during preparation of coordinated drawings for all electrical systems.• Perform detailed technical review of existing design drawings and calculations.• Submission and follow up on Technical Submittal, Shop Drawings, RFI from client/consultant as per project requirements.• Ensures engineering calculations and drawings meet required robust industry and legal standards• Leads on the coordination of engineering services.• Provide Value Engineering solutions• Liase with estimation teams during tender phases of projects.
Experience & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.• Minimum 7-8 years’ relevant experience on construction projects.
