Skills
The successful candidate will:
Embody and role model our core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect, and kindness
Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
Demonstrate proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a strong record of raising standards
Share and implement exemplary teaching practices, supporting colleagues and developing whole-school approaches
Bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm to teaching and learning
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
Have a track record of driving outstanding learning outcomes and improving classroom practice
Be committed to contributing positively to the wider school community through extra-curricular initiatives and events
