The Opportunity

Gravia Heavy Machinery is the newest powerhouse under the Kyz Capital (kyzcapital.com) umbrella. While the brand is new, our foundation is built on 15 years of elite-level expertise in large-scale enterprise construction and global machinery supply. We are looking for a heavy-hitting Sales Manager who doesn't just manage leads but builds a global sales engine.

 

The Role

  • Lead & Scale: Build and mentor a high-performance sales team focused on global markets (MENA, Africa, and beyond).
  • Strategic Sourcing: Leverage our deep inventory of TEREX, CAT, and Komatsu machinery to close large-enterprise contracts.
  • Market Expansion: Utilize your existing network to penetrate new territories and industrial sectors.
  • Deal Architecture: Oversee complex sales cycles, from initial inquiry and inspection coordination to global logistics and final delivery.

 

Requirements

  • Heavy Machinery DNA: Minimum 5–8 years of experience specifically in heavy equipment sales (Cranes, Excavators, Loaders).
  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing sales teams and hitting aggressive growth targets.
  • Entrepreneurial Grit: You thrive in a commission-based environment where your income is directly tied to your impact.
  • Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and global export logistics.
