Full Job Description
We are looking for well-connected and dynamic Sales Professionals already established in the industrial raw materials sector to lead the distribution of high-grade Ethanol. This is a critical B2B role focusing on established manufacturers within the Perfumery, Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, Paint, Coatings, Printing Inks, Cosmetics, and Detergent industries across the UAE.
The ideal candidate must possess an active network of direct contacts with key Decision Makers (Owners, Procurement Heads, and Production Managers) and be currently active in visiting manufacturing facilities and industrial hubs across Dubai and the UAE.
Candidates must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven track record in B2B sales within the chemical distribution or industrial solvent industry in the UAE market.
- An existing portfolio of clients and direct access to decision-makers in the perfume, pharma, or coatings sectors.
- Strong communication and "closing" skills with a deep understanding of Ethanol applications in varied industries.
- Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive package designed to reward high-performers who can leverage their existing networks to drive results.
- Monthly Pay: AED 5,000.00 – AED 10,000.00.
- Performance-Based Incentives: High-tier commissions on every successful sale and bulk contract.
- Important Note: Monthly salary and incentives are released based on the achievement of assigned sales targets.

Active Local Network: Possessing a "Rolodex" of decision-makers in the Sajja, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah industrial hubs.
Cultural Intelligence: Mastering the UAE business etiquette—knowing how to build trust over time, which is essential in the local B2B manufacturing sector.
Territory Management: Efficiently planning routes to visit multiple factories and plants across different Emirates in a single day.
