This role is designed for a high-energy professional who can navigate complex corporate sales and negotiations while also engaging effectively with individual customers in the field.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid outdoor sales experience (Experience in both B2B and B2C is highly preferred).
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Driving License and a personal car (Essential for daily field operations).
- Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, professional grooming, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Actively prospect and acquire new business accounts (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) through daily outdoor visits.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct professional face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized record of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals via CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
