Role Overview


We are seeking a Key Account Executive to drive lead generation, enterprise client acquisition, and key account management

for commercial interior design & build projects in Dubai, UAE.


The candidate must have prior experience handling commercial interior fit-out or real estate projects within the UAE

and be well-versed with local regulations and compliance mandates.






Key Responsibilities


• Identify and prospect large enterprises for interior fit-out and design & build opportunities in UAE.

• Track new commercial developments, lease expiries, relocations, and expansion mandates.

• Engage CXOs, Real Estate Heads, and Procurement Teams to convert opportunities.

• Own client relationships from first interaction to project closure.

• Demonstrate knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, DEWA, and related authority approvals.

• Build strong broker, landlord, and developer relationships across UAE.

• Coordinate internally to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project execution alignment.






Ideal Candidate Profile


• 5–10 years of experience in business development, commercial fit-out sales, leasing, or key account management in UAE.

• Prior experience in commercial interior fit-out projects in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of UAE project lifecycle and authority approval processes.

• Established UAE real estate ecosystem network.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven and execution-oriented.






Remuneration


Competitive UAE market-aligned salary + performance-based incentives + benefits. Final package will depend on experience, network strength, and project exposure.




Skills

• Strong understanding of commercial interior fit-out costing and project feasibility discussions.

• Familiarity with UAE FIDIC-based contracts and standard commercial terms.

• Ability to read layout drawings and understand basic MEP coordination requirements.

• Strong CRM usage and pipeline tracking capabilities.

• High level of market awareness regarding Dubai commercial real estate trends.

• Relationship-building mindset with long-term account growth orientation.

• Result-driven with strong target orientation and closing capability.
