Overview Of The Role:


The Branch Incharge is responsible for overseeing the entire PDI operations, ensuring successful, timely, and cost effective processing of PDI and accessorizing activities. This role requires establishing a customer centric approach, optimizing productivity levels, and delivering cost efficiency for Al Futtaim Automotive Services. Success in this position is measured through financial performance objectives, process improvements, stakeholder management, and developing a high performing team aligned with Al Futtaim values.


What You Will Do:


  • Establish and implement Multibrand Automotive Support Unit PDI strategy to enhance customer oriented processes, optimize productivity, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Implement Lean Production system methodology, including Takt time optimization and cost optimization.
  • Create a PDI competence center to maximize customer satisfaction and optimize cost effectiveness and inventory levels.
  • Drive efficiency and quality through systems, processes, and procedures improvement.
  • Sustain and develop customer relationships through proactive communication and involvement.
  • Collaborate with business owners to ensure effective project management within timelines and budget.
  • Develop and implement a sound budget to meet financial performance objectives and manage PDI department's P&L.
  • Track functional metrics to reduce expenses and enhance effectiveness, while controlling procurement costs.
  • Adjust operational processes based on performance metrics to ensure continual improvement.
  • Define and monitor facility performance metrics, ensuring 5S and Kaizen initiatives are implemented and sustained.
  • Develop talent through coaching, individual development plans, and succession planning to achieve high engagement scores.

What Qualifies You For The Role:


  • Graduate in Technical Degree (Engineering or Automotive equivalent).
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in Automotive After Sales environment, with Distributor and OEM experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in Kaizen, project management, supply chain planning, distribution, and analytics.
