Job Summary
The Guest Service Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the medical center. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experience by providing courteous assistance, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional, empathetic, and courteous manner
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately
- Verify patient details and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, insurance, and billing departments
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with sensitivity and discretion
- Maintain patient records and update information in the medical system
- Assist with insurance coordination, approvals, and basic eligibility checks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality, data privacy, and healthcare regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the reception area
- Support administrative tasks and daily clinic operations as required

- Experience in Dok32 EMR System is preferred
