About the Role

  • A growing vehicle data technology company in Dubai is seeking a young, dynamic, and highly organized Admin & Customer Support Executive to join its expanding team.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, administrative coordination, and providing first-level technical support. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring efficient communication and high service standards. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Level 1 Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues related to vehicle data services
  • Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams when required
  • Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation
  • Assist with reports, proposals, and general office documentation
  • Coordinate internally with technical and commercial teams
  • Manage emails, scheduling, and basic office coordination tasks
