Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Level 1 Troubleshooting
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
- Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues related to vehicle data services
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams when required
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation
- Assist with reports, proposals, and general office documentation
- Coordinate internally with technical and commercial teams
- Manage emails, scheduling, and basic office coordination tasks
