About the Role

We are looking to hire a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking female Call Center Executive with auto care or automotive service experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups while providing excellent service to clients seeking automotive services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to automotive services such as maintenance, detailing, PPF, repairs, and bookings
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally in Arabic and English
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with workshop/service teams
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and service updates
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
  • Assist with WhatsApp and online inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Female candidate fluent in Arabic and English
  • Experience in auto care, automotive workshop, or car service center is required
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Good understanding of automotive services and terminology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • UAE experience preferred
