About the Role
We are looking to hire a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking female Call Center Executive with auto care or automotive service experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups while providing excellent service to clients seeking automotive services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to automotive services such as maintenance, detailing, PPF, repairs, and bookings
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally in Arabic and English
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with workshop/service teams
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and service updates
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Assist with WhatsApp and online inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidate fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in auto care, automotive workshop, or car service center is required
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Good understanding of automotive services and terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- UAE experience preferred
