We are seeking experienced and results-driven Property Consultants with proven expertise in Secondary (Resale) and/or Off-Plan markets in Dubai. This opportunity is strictly for professionals who understand the market, generate business independently, and consistently close transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Specialise in Secondary and/or Off-Plan properties
  • Source and secure resale listings within your designated area
  • Generate and manage off-plan client pipelines
  • Conduct professional client consultations and property viewings
  • Negotiate and close transactions efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, developers, and buyers
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, launches, and competitor activity
  • Work closely with your Team Leader to exceed monthly targets
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company standards

Skills

Requirements (Experienced Candidates Only)

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate (Secondary and/or Off-Plan)
  • Demonstrated track record of closed transactions
  • Strong listing acquisition skills (for Secondary specialists)
  • Strong developer knowledge & launch handling (for Off-Plan specialists)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • RERA certification preferred
  • Highly target-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused mindset
