Sales Representative — UAE & GCC TandemX | Dubai, UAE | Full-time

This role pays more than your current job.

TandemX is hiring its first sales rep in the UAE. You will sell a product that every company with a field team needs — and nobody else is selling here. You keep 35% of every dirham of annual contract value you close on your first 10 customers. Uncapped. No ceiling. Paid on cash collected.

If you are good at selling, this will be the most money you have ever made in sales.

COMPENSATION

  • Base: AED 3,000–5,000/month
  • Commission (first 10 customers): 35% of Annual Contract Value
  • Commission (after 10 customers): 20% of ACV
  • Renewal commission: 5% of renewal ACV every year
  • Cap: None. Uncapped.
  • Paid on: Cash collected

What this looks like in real numbers:

A 15-seat deal on the annual plan = AED 32,400 ACV. Your commission = AED 11,340 per deal.

Close 3 deals a month and you are earning AED 34,000+ in commissions alone — before base, before renewals.

Annual earnings at 3 deals/month (15 seats each): AED 456,000+

For context, a senior sales exec at a large SaaS company in Dubai earns AED 25,000–40,000/month all-in. A strong closer in this role earns AED 40,000–70,000+/month in the launch phase. The difference is your income scales with your performance, not HR approval cycles.

WHAT YOU ARE SELLING

TandemX Connect is the system of record for business interactions. Most companies have a CRM. What they do not have is a way to capture what actually happens in the field.

Field teams run on WhatsApp, voice memos, and memory. Conversations are remembered differently by different people. Context evaporates between meetings. Follow-ups depend on discipline. Managers see reports, not reality.

Connect fixes this. Record a voice note, scan a business card, log a visit — the system structures it automatically into transcripts, summaries, and follow-up tasks attached to the right contact. One searchable timeline per account. Nothing depends on memory.

It does not replace the CRM. It completes it. No rip and replace.

Pricing: AED 180/seat/month (annual) or AED 253/seat/month (monthly).

A 15-person field team costs AED 2,700/month. That is less than one lost deal from a forgotten follow-up.

YOUR TERRITORY

Any company in UAE or GCC that sends people into the field and loses context:

  • FMCG distributors and field sales teams
  • Real estate brokerages and agencies
  • Pharma and medical device field reps
  • Construction, facilities, and industrial companies
  • Logistics and freight forwarding
  • Professional services firms
  • Any company attending 5+ trade shows per year

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You are the first dedicated sales hire. You own the full cycle:

  • Identify and engage companies with 10+ field-facing staff whose interactions are not being captured
  • Run discovery calls and live product demos
  • Prospect → demo → negotiate → close → onboard
  • Attend conferences and trade shows across UAE/GCC to build pipeline
  • Maintain a clean pipeline with realistic forecasting
  • Feed product intelligence back to the founding team

You report directly to the founder. No layers, no bureaucracy, no waiting for pricing approval.

WHO YOU ARE

Must have:

  • 2+ years B2B sales in UAE or GCC with a real network — not just a LinkedIn account
  • Full-cycle closer: you prospect, demo, negotiate, and close yourself
  • You know people who run field teams — sales directors, ops heads, MDs
  • Based in Dubai or relocating immediately
  • Fluent English. Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter who builds without being told what to do next

WHY THIS ROLE

  1. First sales hire, not employee #47. You are building the sales function in the most relationship-driven market in the world.
  2. UAE is the perfect market. Business here runs on relationships, field visits, and WhatsApp. Every company has this problem. Nobody is solving it.
  3. The product demos itself. Ask any sales leader: "Can you find the full context of your last client meeting in 10 seconds?" They cannot. Show them Connect doing it. The conversation shifts instantly.
  4. 35% commission is unheard of in SaaS. Most companies offer 10-15%. This rate is for early builders. It will not last.
  5. Direct access to the founder. No layers. You sell, you close, you get paid. Your feedback shapes the product.
