Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Server, located in Dubai. The Food Server will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and presentable dining area and adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards. Providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with team members is essential to this role.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication to deliver an exceptional dining experience Knowledge of Food & Beverage practices, including understanding of menu offerings Experience in Food Service and Cooking practices in a professional setting is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is an advantage Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
