Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules for managers/engineers, coordinating appointments, and greeting visitors.
  • Handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Filing contracts, drawings, and official letters for each project separately.
  • Organizing payment certificates (Abstracts) and contractor/vendor documents.
  • Requesting quotations, comparing prices, and following up on delivery schedules.
  • Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and administratively reviewing subcontractor abstracts.
  • Acting as a point of contact between management and site staff.
  • Preparing documents for permits, social insurance, and official authorities.
  • Schedule Management and Meeting Coordination

Requirements:

 

  • Microsoft Office
  • Languages : Arabic & English (Fluent in Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years
  • Industry : Construction & Contracting Companies
  • Location : UAE
