YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Take ownership of new item development, ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications.
Provide guidance and technical support to GPD team members, sharing expertise and assisting them in resolving complex issues.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Operations teams to support both existing and new business opportunities.
Ensure quality and accuracy of information shared with Production, Sales, CS, and outsource partners.
Act as a point of contact for cross-functional collaboration to resolve daily issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
Support planning and execution of projects, focusing on reducing errors, improving speed, and driving continuous improvement.
Assist in product re-engineering and material development in coordination with local purchasing to stay ahead of competition.
Ensure timely quotations and delivery of accurate development information to CPD/GSPD/Sales.
Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and innovation within the GPD function.
Maintain 5S standards, proper sample storage, and housekeeping in work areas.
Support training initiatives by sharing knowledge with CS, Sales, and Operations teams when required.
Carry out additional responsibilities or tasks assigned to support business priorities.

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:
Degree in Industrial Designer, Industrial Engineer or related field
3 years of experience in product development areas, in manufacturing companies, management of International customers, in terms of product development, pricing, technical support. Apparel, Packaging or Graphic industry desired.
English intermediate level
Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of Industry, products and applications preferred.
Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
Strong technical aptitude.
