The OpportunityAs a Product Architect, you will:Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital architectures with user experience at the coreLead hands-on development across Apps, Websites, Customer Platforms, and AI-enabled toolsAct as the primary technical advisor to clients and senior stakeholdersEmbed Data & AI into customer-facing products to drive personalization and smarter decision-makingEvaluate technical feasibility of bold design ideas and turn them into pragmatic, buildable solutionsIdentify risks, dependencies, and constraints early — protecting product integrity and timelinesSupport data-driven decision-making through structured, accessible insightsAdvise on data strategy, innovation use cases, and new business models including monetization opportunitiesContribute to pre-sales through demos, proof-of-concepts, estimation, and solution designExperiment with emerging technologies and integrate them into broader capability offeringsYou will operate in a cross-functional, globally connected model alongside international experts, designers, engineers, and strategists.
✅ What We’re Looking For8+ years’ experience as a Solutions / Product Architect or Engineering Lead delivering scalable web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms end-to-endStrong experience across API-first architectures, mobile frameworks, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including AI services such as Gemini and OpenAIProven expertise in highly available, highly scalable customer-facing applicationsExperience integrating with national-level platforms (e.g. UAE FedNet, KSA Absher)Deep understanding of security, privacy, compliance (including PDPL), and enterprise architecture standardsHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, TDD, and modern engineering practicesStrong knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, Lean, and Waterfall methodologiesAbility to clearly articulate technical trade-offs in a commercially aligned wayStructured, analytical mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skillsFluency in English and willingness to travel across MENA when required
