INDEPENDENT COMMISSION SALES REPRESENTATIVE – UAE
Premium Yoga and Pilates Equipment and Accessories
We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Independent Commission Sales Representative based in the UAE to expand wholesale and retail distribution for a premium high-performance yoga and Pilates equipment brand portfolio positioned at the intersection of performance, wellness, and elevated lifestyle.
This is a commission-based, independent contractor role ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong relationships in fitness, yoga and Pilates studios, boutique retail, and wellness channels across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider GCC. KSA is extremely important.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage new wholesale accounts, boutique retailers, yoga studios, and strategic partners
• Present premium activewear collections alongside high-quality yoga mats, props, and performance equipment
• Build long-term client relationships and grow regional brand presence
• Execute sales strategy aligned with luxury positioning and growth targets
• Identify new opportunities within the UAE wellness, fitness, and premium retail space
• Provide ongoing market feedback and support account development
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience in fashion, activewear, wellness, yoga, or premium retail
• Existing network of buyers, studios, fitness operators, or retail decision-makers in the UAE
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Understanding of luxury branding and premium client expectations
