ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager – Leadership Development leads the planning, delivery, and evaluation of leadership programs. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to set objectives, develop project plans, and ensure timely, successful execution. The ideal candidate brings experience in executive development, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead the integration of the new leadership philosophy into leadership academies by partnering with senior leaders to align objectives and outcomes with company values, strategy, and desired leadership behaviors.
- Operationalise programme management processes across all leadership development academies and activations, ensuring consistent execution, resource allocation, and timely delivery of milestones.
- Assess existing partner network to evaluate performance and alignment with programme goals, identifying opportunities to retain, replace, or onboard new partners to elevate programme impact.
- Oversee the deployment of the Change Leadership Academy, managing planning, curriculum design, and implementation while leveraging participant feedback and data to refine and evolve the programme to achieve its objectives.
- Lead and evolve the ‘Whole Leader Podcast,’ managing content, production, and distribution to deliver engaging episodes aligned with the new leadership philosophy.
- Leverage listener feedback and performance analytics to continuously enhance the podcast’s impact, relevance, and audience reach.
- Manage end-to-end leadership development award submissions by identifying relevant opportunities, preparing strong applications, and coordinating supporting materials such as success stories and impact reports.
- Implement and maintain a robust tracking system to oversee timelines, criteria, and deliverables, ensuring seamless and timely execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, L&D).
- 7+ years of experience in a related field with 3+ years specifically in leadership and executive development.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in driving impact within a leadership or organizational development context.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
