We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – IT with strong UAE market experience and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team, along with a solid background in IT sales. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth while mentoring and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT solutions
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and performance feedback
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Manage key accounts and support the team in closing major deals
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Build strong relationships with corporate and SME clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of IT sales experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Manager / Sales Supervisor
- Mandatory UAE market experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B IT sales
- Existing client base in the UAE
- Strong understanding of IT products (hardware, software, networking, cloud, cybersecurity)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 8,000
