Key Responsibilities


  • Manage property sales and leasing transactions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Generate new business through networking and prospecting
  • Provide expert advice on Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
  • Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
  • Stay updated on market trends and key communities


Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai property regulations and major communities
  • Proven track record in sales and/or leasing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
  • Strong client relationship management skills


Languages


  • English (Mandatory)
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage (Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, Russian, Portuguese, etc.)
