Business Development & Sales
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for laboratory testing services
• Promote lab services to industries such as chemicals, fertilizers, food, agriculture,
environment, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close service contracts
• Achieve revenue targets and support long-term growth strategies
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and agreements
Client & Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and laboratory technical teams
• Understand client testing requirements and recommend suitable lab services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market & Strategy Development
• Conduct market research to identify new sectors, services, and pricing opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
• Support development of new testing capabilities based on market demand
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Internal Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with laboratory operations, quality, and technical teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and services
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and client records
• Prepare regular performance, forecast, and market reports for management

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Environmental
Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales within laboratory, testing,
inspection
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes and quality standards
