Decision Management Consultant is currently recruiting for
one of its clients in the Hospitality Industry based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and fulfill special guest requests, including room
    amenities, dining reservations, and transportation arrangements, ensuring a
    personalized and seamless service experience
  • Handle and resolve complex guest issues and complaints,
    working towards satisfactory resolutions to restore and maintain guest
    satisfaction
  • Actively collect and review guest feedback, utilizing
    insights to implement improvements and address recurring concerns
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to
    coordinate guest services and ensure all requests and requirements are met
    efficiently
  • Provide guidance and support to Guest Service Executive 1
    team members, assisting with training and professional development when
    required
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement
    best practices to elevate the overall guest experience
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and packages to guests,
    leveraging opportunities to drive revenue through effective upselling
  • Assist in coordinating guest events and special occasions,
    ensuring all arrangements align with guest expectations
  • Manage emergency situations or service disruptions with
    professionalism, ensuring clear communication and minimizing guest impact

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business
    Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or front desk
    roles within the hospitality industry
  • Experience handling complex guest interactions
    and delivering personalized service
