Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and maintain chilled water piping systems, including cutting, threading, and welding pipes.
- Measure, mark, and prepare pipes for installation by cutting, threading, and bending pipes using hand and power tools.
- Install supports, brackets, and hangers to ensure proper alignment and stability of piping systems.
- Perform leak testing and ensure all chilled water pipes are securely fitted and meet safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair piping systems, including replacing worn or damaged sections.
- Ensure proper insulation of chilled water pipes to maintain system efficiency.
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and work within company and industry standards at all times.
