Job Description
Job Purpose:
- This role will work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Director for generating reports for main tenders
- Monitoring all received RFQ and follow up till release of opportunities.
- Generating Reports related to Opportunities (OIP, Hit Rate, Won, Lost, etc..)
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales Manager for allocation of RFQ’s to concerned Sales Team in Business Units.
- Allocation of the RFQ as per the related Business Units.
- Coordinate with estimation and proposals for all RFQ related to Business Units
- Monitor all RFQ received for the Business Units and follow up till release of opportunities.
- Initial review of contracts to validate compliance with our issued OIP
- Monitoring the entire process starting from RFQ, OIP, and orders closing.
- Generate individual and combined reports for Conversion and Hit Rates for the Business Units.
- Assisting our Sr Prequalification Officer (Asghar) in the Prequalification of the company and registration of new principals.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration. Affinity and familiar with Document Control and Processing in Contracting Industry.
Additional Information
Experience Requirements:
- Experience level: 03+ years.
- 02 Year or more experience in UAE and/or Middle East
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Working knowledge of EDMS / SAP / ARIBA or other online portals from Clients, OEMS’s, ADNOC
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new or updated software.
