Ontime Healthcare is on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing fit-out projects within the UAE, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and adherence to quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Salary + Benefits Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the interior fit-out industry, specifically within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, construction practices, and materials.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead project teams.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.
g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards relevant to interior fit-out projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
