Role Definition
Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division isseekingaRebuild Specialist to support global aftermarket growth through the development andcommercialdeployment of rebuild offerings. This role focuses on shaping how rebuild solutions are defined, priced, and executed across the dealer network by combining technical knowledge with commercialexperienceand field engagement.
The Rebuild Specialist works closely with dealers, sales teams, and internal partners to translate service data into practical,dealerreadycommercial offerings that improve customer value, profitability, and lifecycle performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze dealer work orders, rebuild scopes, parts content, and labor structures toidentifyrebuild cost drivers and commercial opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Marketing,PartsPricing, and Product Groups to ensure rebuild offerings are commerciallyviableandfieldready.
