• Prepare, review, and submit structural drawings and calculations to Dubai Municipality for approval.
• Ensure all submissions comply with DM codes, regulations, and G+4 requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide structural design input for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Attend site inspections and technical meetings when required.
• Maintain updated knowledge of DM codes, structural standards, and
• approval processes.
• Provide technical guidance during tender documentation and construction
• stages. 

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in consultancy or contracting firms.
• Strong understanding of UAE authority requirements (DCD, DEWA, DM, DDA, Trakhees).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant MEP design software.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both design and site supervision roles.
• Experience preparing tender documentation and BOQs.
• Knowledge in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge in AV (Audio-Visual) systems integration is an advantage.
