Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
- Actively hire property consultants, sales managers, administrators, and marketing staff.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate agents.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with management to understand manpower planning and expansion requirements.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle employee records, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate visa processing and employee onboarding formalities.
3. Performance & Employee Engagement
- Monitor KPIs and performance of real estate brokers during probation.
- Support management in performance evaluations and disciplinary matters.
- Implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities and internal HR communications.
4. Policy Development & Administration
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth HR operations within a fast-paced brokerage environment.
