Job Purpose
Operate and maintain machines used to manufacture vehicle number plates. Handle daily plate production tasks, inventory, and disposal activities. Support smooth manufacturing, printing, and supply operations. Ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and proper handling of all plates produced or returned.
Accountabilities:
Operations
• Conduct daily inventory inspection for manufactured and disposed number plates.
• Collect all returned and disposed number plates.
• Maintain machines used in vehicle number manufacturing in good operational condition and cleanliness.
• Prepare and review daily reports for produced plate numbers.
• Manage and supervise the manufacture of daily drainage boards and distribute them to approved registration centers.
• Supervise issuance of plates of all kinds as part of daily operations.
• Manage the operational process of number plate manufacturing, including manufacturing, printing, supply, and handling damaged plates.
Physical Working Conditions
• Work fulltime in manufacturing and production areas, with continuous exposure to machines,
printing equipment, and manual handling of number plates.

• Percentage of Matching Percentage of Printed Plates with inventory
• Percentage of commitment to service completion time
Work Environment Indicators
Office based: 10%
Field based: 90%
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 0-1 years in case of high school degree, preferred 2-4 years of experience
