Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager with a specialization in Electrical projects to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all electrical aspects of the construction projects.
Job Responsibility:
1. Plan and manage all electrical aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with electrical design specifications and standards.
3. Oversee the selection and procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
4. Manage and supervise electrical subcontractors and technicians on-site.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
6. Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
7. Ensure that all electrical work meets regulatory requirements and follows industry best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
1. UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing electrical aspects of construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
4. Excellent project management and communication skills.
5. Ability to lead a team and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Certification in project management would be a plus.
