About the Role
CityDrinks is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, purchasing strategy, and demand forecasting to support business operations and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop procurement and sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality supply.
- Perform demand planning and sales/inventory forecasting to support purchasing decisions.
- Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
- Monitor market trends, price movements, and product availability.
- Oversee purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock level coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and recommend improvements.
- Prepare procurement reports and cost-saving initiatives.
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
- Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory prediction.
- Experience in beverage, retail, or distribution industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and market research skills.
- Knowledge of UAE supplier market and import processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
