We are looking for an Administrative & Financial Assistant to support financial and administrative routines. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills who are eager to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Main Responsibilities
• Register and manage invoices in systems and spreadsheets
• Centralize, organize, and monitor financial communications via email
• Update and maintain financial spreadsheets and internal controls
• Prepare weekly reports for leadership
• Organize documentation and support internal processes
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Experience with administrative and/or financial routines
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets / Management Systems)
• Strong organizational and information control skills
• Good written communication skills, especially for emails
• Familiarity with document and process control
