About the mission we offer you:


Location: Ruwais, UAE
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time – Site-based


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining QA/QC documentation, including RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, checklists, and test packs.
  • Support compilation of MDR (Manufacturing Data Record) and final handover/turnover dossiers.
  • Ensure proper filing, indexing, and traceability of all QC-related records in both hard and soft copies.
  • Update document registers, logs, and trackers as per project QC requirements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers and site teams to ensure timely submission and closure of documentation.
  • Assist in managing document transmittals, revisions, and ACONEX/EDMS uploads.
  • Monitor documentation workflows to ensure compliance with project procedures and ADNOC standards.
  • Follow HSE guidelines and maintain confidentiality of project records.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • UAE National (Emiratisation role).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in QC documentation, document control, or technical support.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of QA/QC processes and construction/site documentation.
  • Experience with ACONEX, EDMS, or similar document management systems (preferred).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PDF handling).
  • Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
