The LIVE MENA Operations team is dedicated to building a scalable, healthy, and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. By working closely with agencies and partners, we support long-term growth through content innovation, monetization enablement, and community development.
We are seeking a LIVE Partner Manager based in Dubai to grow and strengthen the regional agency ecosystem (MENA). This role is responsible for owning and incubating a portfolio of agencies through structured programs, community operations, and data-driven execution. This position blends partner development with ecosystem building and plays a key role in creator growth and monetization success across the region. 1. Portfolio Account Management
- Own a defined portfolio of agencies, setting clear monthly & quarterly priorities and success plans per agency partner across creator growth, activity, and revenue.
- Run structured business reviews (weekly check-ins and monthly performance reviews), tracking progress against agreed targets and converting gaps into action plans.
- Coordinate internal resources for your portfolio, aligning campaigns, content support, and policy education based on each agency’s maturity and needs.
- Maintain portfolio hygiene and governance, including account plans, escalation tracking, and ensuring timely resolution of operational and compliance issues. 2. Partner Development and Expansion
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agencies and talent organizations to expand the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in the region.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on platform strategy, content direction, and growth priorities. 3. Agency Incubation and Community Operations
- Build and manage LIVE agency communities, setting clear engagement mechanisms to improve activity, retention, and overall performance.
- Design and deliver incubation programs, including agency enablement, creator recruitment initiatives, and monetization acceleration plans.
- Plan and execute incentive-driven campaigns to increase creator onboarding, revenue growth, and agency participation. 4. Performance and Data Management
- Monitor and evaluate agency and creator performance metrics, including activity levels, revenue contribution, and growth trends.
- Share regular performance updates, reviews, and clear recommendations with internal stakeholders and agencies alike. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data teams to support partner success and deliver growth initiatives.
- Lead partner workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities to share best practices and platform updates.
- Ensure all partner and agency activities follow TikTok LIVE community guidelines, brand values, and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience in account management, partner management, business development, or operations within digital media, social platforms, entertainment, or the creator economy.
- Experience working with agencies, MCNs, talent managers, or creator-facing organizations.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners and drive clear next steps.
- Comfortable using data to manage performance, including KPIs, reporting, and basic analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluency in Chinese and strong working proficiency in English to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is the primary language and relevant stakeholders and business units respectively.
- Based in Dubai, with the ability to commute to the office as needed. Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ownership of a portfolio of partners, including building account plans, running business reviews, and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
- Experience designing or running partner programs, enablement initiatives, community operations, or incubation frameworks.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, working effectively with Marketing, Content, Product, Operations, and Data teams.
- Strong analytical skill set, including comfort with dashboards and Business Intelligence tools, and ability to translate insights into actions for partners.
- Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, live streaming ecosystems, or monetization products for creators.
- Experience supporting creator recruitment, activation, retention, and revenue growth through structured initiatives or campaigns.
