Job Title: Administrative Assistant



Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and inventory management.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as required.
