We are a technical training and services company looking for a Sales and HR Manager to take ownership of daily business activities. This role combines sales leadership with human management, ensuring we build a strong client base, deliver high-quality training, and set up efficient internal processes from the ground up. This role requires working closely with our clients, attending meetings, and knocking doors for new opportunities. An ideal candidate would be from education or IT background, who is willing to grow the company as their own.
Sales & Client Development
- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments or corporate training contracts.
- Build relationships with companies, institutions, and industry partners.
- Develop local marketing and outreach initiatives to promote training programs.
- Track and report on sales performance and growth opportunities.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling of training sessions, trainer coordination, and student support.
- Ensure smooth delivery of training programs in line with company standards.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scale.
People & HR Functions
- Recruit and onboard trainers, sales executives, and support staff as the team grows.
- Manage performance, provide feedback, and ensure company policies are followed.
- Maintain employee records and basic HR compliance with support from external consultants (as needed).
