Job Details

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Recording daily financial transactions, updating general ledgers, and maintaining accurate, organized financial records.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Processing invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, and customer checks.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and balancing accounts.
  • Financial Support: Assisting with monthly closings, auditing, budget preparation, and generating financial reports.
  • Clerical Tasks: Filing, managing documentation, and responding to inquiries regarding payments or invoices.


Skills

  • Education/Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma, with a college degree in accounting or finance, or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Mathematical Ability: Strong basic math skills.
