In this Logistics Coordinator position

• Urgent Shipments Processing: Handle same-day/urgent orders for retail boutiques (VAL/GC), wholesalers, and inter-boutique transfers, including DDP shipments, customs clearance, and DAFZA exit processing.
• Customs Declarations: Prepare and submit BOEs (Bill of Entry), pre-declarations, and GTS submissions for retail, wholesale, and temporary admission shipments. Manage inspections, approvals (TRN/NMC), and audit processes.
• Transport Coordination: Arrange and consolidate urgent orders; coordinate with carriers (e.g., Brinks) for pickup, delivery, and armored transport. Manage exception orders post cutoff.
• E-commerce Operations: Process same-day e-commerce deliveries, monitor orders, coordinate with carriers, and manage returns in collaboration with CRC and warehouse teams.
• Wholesaler & Special Shipments: Handle pallet shipments (e.g., Al Tayer, Rivoli), duty-free orders, and temporary admission processes, including document preparation and appointment coordination.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate customs submissions, waybill exits, and duty payments. Resolve mismatches in ERP/GTS, update SharePoint, and maintain records.
• Team Coordination & Support: Liaise with warehouse, carriers, security, and maison teams. Provide training to staff and end-users, create/maintain SOPs, and serve as point of contact for carrier integration and issue escalation.
• System & Reporting: Use systems for reporting; monitor delivery performance; address IT incidents; and conduct testing in quality/pre-production environments ( case by case).

Now, here is what we need from you!

• Experience Required: 4–5 years in logistics (luxury industry preferred)
• Experience in domestic logistics, customs clearance (UAE)
• Knowledge of DAFZA procedures, GTS, BOE preparation, and customs regulations.
• Strong coordination skills with carriers, authorities, and internal teams.
• Ability to handle urgent, time-sensitive tasks and exception management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software.
• Working into shifts, including night shifts
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Analytical Thinking
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
