Job Details

We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative who is customer-focused and proactive, with mandatory Arabic language proficiency, to manage customer interactions and ensure a high-quality service experience. The role involves handling inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback through phone, WhatsApp, and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Provide accurate information related to services, registration, verification, and order processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close pending issues.
  • Maintain and update customer records, feedback, and interaction details in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) for issue resolution.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives, feedback collection, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Deliver a polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer experience.


Skills

  • Female candidates only
  • Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written) – Mandatory
  • Good command of English
  • Must have own valid UAE resident visa (husband, family, student, or freelance visa)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to business needs
