We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative who is customer-focused and proactive, with mandatory Arabic language proficiency, to manage customer interactions and ensure a high-quality service experience. The role involves handling inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback through phone, WhatsApp, and digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
- Provide accurate information related to services, registration, verification, and order processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close pending issues.
- Maintain and update customer records, feedback, and interaction details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) for issue resolution.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives, feedback collection, and follow-up campaigns.
- Deliver a polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer experience.
