Job Details

- Build and own Mnzil’s analytics backbone across all functions- Translate messy on-ground operations into clear metrics, dashboards, and decision-ready insights- Build lightweight tools, trackers, and SOPs where systems don’t yet exist- Define and standardize core operational KPIs and ensure data integrity- Set up reporting for: occupancy, churn, move-ins/outs, housekeeping cost, maintenance cost, utilities, capex vs opex- Partner with Ops, Finance, and Commercial to quantify trade-offs and support pricing, expansion, and investment decisions- Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives (new city launches, new client onboarding, cost-reduction programs)- Design and run pilots to improve unit economics, then scale what works across the portfolio- Work as a generalist that can plug into any function and optimize it- Act as the escalation owner for ambiguous, cross-team problems that don’t sit cleanly in one function

Skills

- 7+ years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, or special projects in asset-heavy or operations-led businesses- Very strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards, models, and trackers (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, SQL)- Excellent stakeholder management across Ops, Finance, Tech, and Leadership- Exposure to pricing, unit economics, or P&L ownership
