Personnel Technician (Bakemart) - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the Role:




Supports the execution of daily HR operations by providing administrative and clerical assistance across key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee record management, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery to internal stakeholders.




Activities:





  • Administers HR-related processes such as scheduling interviews, conducting orientation sessions, and
    managing employee data and records.

  • Supports payroll operations by processing basic transactions, addressing employee inquiries, and correcting
    input or processing errors.

  • Delivers clerical support, including formatting, preparing, and printing official HR documents, forms, and letters.

  • Assists in coordinating with internal departments and employees on HR matters, ensuring clear
    communication and follow-up.




Requirement:




The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:





  • Diploma in HR management, or a related field

  • 0 -1 year experience in a similar HR support role experience in the Food or Bakery sector

  • Proficiency in compiling HR data

  • Clear and professional communication skills.

  • Accurate documentation and report handling.
