The project:

An exciting opportunity to be a part of our Project Management Consultancy team to deliver a Commercial project with infrastructure and landscape packages.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Work as part of the Senior Construction Delivery Team, supporting leadership direction and guiding the wider project team.
• Drive business priorities across construction, production, digital, data, and responsible business practices.
• Lead safety, wellbeing, and quality deliverables, fostering a strong onsite culture of health and safety.
• Coordinate trade and subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery through effective short‑term planning and communication.
• Build and maintain strong client and design team relationships, ensuring quality assurance through to final sign‑off.
• Champion continuous improvement and support Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon transition during project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Professional membership (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent development.
• Proven experience delivering Mixed Use Building projects and managing construction teams.
• UAE project delivery experience is preferred with a background in Main Contracting and PMC ideal.
• Strong technical expertise with construction methodology, safety, and digital platforms.
• Commercial acumen with focus on sustainability and carbon reduction.
