To assist the facilities manager for all site FM services, operations, on-site team and suppliers and projects works.

Technical:Minimum of 03 years of experience as multi technician Diploma Electrical or mechanical Engineering or 2 years of education from Industrial Technical Institute. To assist management of FM Services at UAE locations. To assist management for FM standards and delivery through Supplier KPI's/SLA's. To assist management for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures. To assist management for initiating value, add initiatives at one or more sites. Ensure essential site systems and equipment is maintained within KPI’s and SLA’s and with no statutory failures. Assist the FM with a cost-effective maintenance program for all UAE buildings,plant, systems and equipment is in place To assist management to ensure projects are managed within the portfolio and delivered on time and within budget including RAMs, PTW and EH&S. To assist management to manage the BCP (emergency evacuations) and ensure it is known to all staff. Assist the FM management of suppliers who support the site/s. Assist the FM management of emergency procedures for the UAE site/s. Assist the FM management for all accident reporting at site/s. To assist management to Develop and manage pass-through opportunities to realize savings. Ensure that all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site/s within remit. To assist management to Ensure the timely delivery of all monthly financial reports. Be commercially aware and have a sound knowledge of cost controls and daily financial planning. Strong oral communication skills and good writing skills Be able to converse confidently with staff, customers and suppliers at all levels. Strong team player with a passionate customer service focus. Maintain regular contact with the FM by developing permanent, mutually beneficial relationship including growth plan and training. Assist the FM management for his accountability being the forefront of customer relationships in the site/s Demonstrate strong customer services skills and use your experience to ensurethat customer expectations are met Internal Daily floor walkaround and preparation of checklists Notifying LL team for any findings that are related to base build scope. Rectification of minor snags such as electrical connections, thermostat settings, paint touch up, replacement of fused lights, adjustment of taps/leaks, checking of CDP if there is any drain block/leak, replacing stained carpets, temporary power connections, cleaning of AC grills if any dust accumulated, coordination with other depts for any support. (Only low height activities which can be performed using step ladder) Coordination and timely completion of PPM schedules, building FM, Fire vendor and other Vendors Monitoring spares, refilling of spares, critical spares and recording usage data Raising of daily snags/observations in system and CAFM software Primary point of contact for emergency call outs and supporting the site as first responder. Coordination with Security dept and making sure all activities are performed with proper access permits, MSRA and records are provided with security team Updating weekly log sheet and making sure the comments are attended during the weekend Delivery of contractual agreement scopes such as, testing of power socket outlets, continuity testing, internal lighting, temperature monitoring of water and floors, weekly water flushing, monthly temperature testing etc Backup to FM during the holidays and covering the responsibilities assigned. Provide support during the holiday if the site requires the presence. (the compensate leave will be provided) You are requested to move within the buildings/floors occupied by the client. Support during night activities and respond during night emergencies if any. Recommendations and suggestions for improvements, sustainability etc.work involves 06 days/week and Sunday is the weekly holiday. The working timings will be Morning 8AM to 5PM (may change as per site needs) Toolbox will be provided to perform the regular tasks and can be updated upon the requirement.
