Open Positions
Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Experience: 5–8 years in freight forwarding sales
- Age: Below 40
Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Experience: 3–4 years in freight forwarding sales
- Age: Below 40
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new freight forwarding business (Sea & Air Freight – Export, Import & Cross Trade).
- Promote FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Breakbulk/ODC, Warehousing, Customs Clearance & Transportation services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Retain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers.
- Ensure timely rate renewals, follow-ups for repeat business, and payment collection.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and Gross Profit (GP) objectives.
Skills
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in freight sales (Sea Freight and/or Air Freight).
- Must have worked with a freight forwarding company.
- Existing customer database in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of freight industry services and logistics operations.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
