ERMAK is an Uzbekistan-based manufacturing company actively expanding its brand in the UAE market. Our Dubai sales office is successfully operating with an established sales system. Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join us.

- Handle and follow up on incoming inquiries
- Consult clients on products and services
- Manage clients from first contact to closing the deal
- Work in CRM/system (data entry, order status control)
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations
- Monitor payments and document flow
- Ensure high service standards and customer loyalty
- Achieve sales targets

- UAE work experience — strictly required
- Proven experience in B2B sales — mandatory
- Fluent Russian language; English and Uzbek required
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with structured thinking
