Job Details

•      Make outbound and inbound calls to customers who have shown interest in insurance products

•      Understand the customer’s requirement and recommend suitable plans (Motor, Travel, Home, GAP, Extended Warranty etc.)

•      Explain product benefits, features, inclusions, exclusions, and premium details accurately

•      Convert leads into successful conversion.

•      Open to work with targets Update CRM with leads - daily/weekly/monthly conversion and quality targets

Role Overview

The person will be the first point of contact for customers exploring insurance options. The responsibility is to guide them with clarity, understand their needs, and help them purchase the right product and policy.

 

Key Responsibilities

•      Make outbound and inbound calls to customers who have shown interest in insurance products

•      Understand the customer’s requirement and recommend suitable plans (Motor, Travel, Home, GAP, Extended Warranty etc.)

•      Explain product benefits, features, inclusions, exclusions, and premium details accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications

•      Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in tele sales or call center environment (Insurance preferred)

•      Strong communication skills in English and Arabic. Additional languages a bonus

•      Good product knowledge of General Insurance is preferred

•      Target-driven with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset
