Job Summary:
Our client, a high end footwear company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder. The role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual with strong coordination skills and the flexibility to travel frequently to Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to the Founder.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (frequent EU travel).
- Coordinate international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas (if applicable), and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with business-related coordination including meetings, supplier communication, and event arrangements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the Founder.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Support during international business trips as required.
Requirements:
- Eastern European nationality preferred (EU travel flexibility required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and personable.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently to Europe.
- Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional European languages are advantageous).
