Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for the organization’s initiatives, projects, and programs.
Supervise the design and execution of promotional campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Lead the effective planning and management of all events (conferences, forums, exhibitions, cultural and community activities).
Oversee the coordination of all event logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, and hospitality arrangements.
Manage sponsorship agreements and sponsor relationships related to events in an optimal and professional manner.
Ensure full compliance with the organization’s visual identity across all marketing materials.
Oversee collaboration with internal teams to ensure integrated marketing of projects, initiatives, and activities.
Supervise the preparation of event evaluation reports, measure impact, and guide corrective actions where necessary.
Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) with department staff and ensure high levels of performance.
Promote strong employee engagement and capability development by managing daily activities, organizing workflows, and providing continuous guidance and feedback to the team.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Department Director to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.
Years and Field of Experience Required:Minimum of 11 years of experience in relevant fields.
